As a Juried Show the artists and artisans must submit photos or slides of each media they intend to exhibit and sell in order to qualify as an exhibitor. The selection committee or judges will then determine who will be able to present their works in the park based on these submissions.

As you stroll through the park, take time to watch some of the artist at work, talk to the artists or sit and watch the children in the play/art area as you partake of the scrumptious food from the various food vendors.

Hey Kathy, I love Art in the Park..so many great reasons for it.  One your outside, two you get to chat with all those who come your way, 3 your creating Art while doing so and 4 you get to sell it :) I will be doing my own art in the park event Sept 24th on Long Island NY, very excited :)

Laura - Having worked with a local artist some years ago at many out door events I couldn't agree more ..... much better than an indoor show weather permitting.

Sounds like a wonderful event!  We vacationed in Quebec City in February and were just bowled over by how friendly everyone was.  Canada is such a beautiful country.

Susan - Welcome to  Canadian Hospitality. This and other fall arts events provide a great way to get to know about a community and the people living there.
